Commerce Department IT Security Task Force includes Information Brokers, Inc. as Tech. Support
Washington, DC — Eric D. Williams, Information Brokers, Inc. Principal Consultant has been selected by the Department of Commerce as technical support for the recently established Information Technology Security Task Force.
"We are deeply honored to be selected as technical support for the Department's IT Security Task Force. I think we are the only information technology security vendor participating in the task force and its working groups, we are doing our very best work for them." said Mr. Williams.
The Task Force was established as a result of General Accounting Office penetration tests that revealed significant deficiencies. The Department established the Task Force to address those issues, as was stated at Congressional hearings.
